Our websites are static and do not require user accounts, login credentials, or payment information. The data we collect is minimal:

- Server logs — Our hosting infrastructure (AWS Amplify) automatically records standard access logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and HTTP headers. These are retained for operational and security purposes.
How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries — If you contact us, we use the information you provide to reply and follow up on your request.
- To maintain security — Server logs help us detect and prevent abuse or unauthorised access.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Our websites do not set any cookies. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking pixels.
Third-party services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our websites:
- AWS Amplify — Hosting and content delivery. Subject to the AWS Privacy Notice.
- Google Fonts — Font delivery. Subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not embed social media trackers, advertising networks, or third-party analytics platforms that profile individual users.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, or as required for legitimate business or legal reasons. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
Your rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:
